Booking Terms and Conditions
- Room booking payments may be made either in cash or via bank transfer.
- For a one-day room booking, the full amount must be paid in advance.
- For bookings of two days or more, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance.
- It is mandatory for every individual to carry a valid form of identification.
- It is mandatory to fill out and sign the guest register prior to entering the room.
- Standard regulations regarding the use of any intoxicating substances must be strictly adhered to.
- Guests are required to take proper care of all items and furnishings provided within the room.
- The use of any electrical appliances—such as heaters, irons, etc.—inside the room is strictly prohibited.
- In the event of a power outage in AC rooms, the management shall not be held liable.
- Electricity for lights and fans, as well as drinking water, will be supplied continuously 24 hours a day.
- Wi-Fi facilities are available, allowing guests to use their own devices for official work, social media, sports, movies, and other entertainment.

Cancellation charges are totally free. No Extra cost applied. Advance amount of booking is valid for next one year from the date of booking.

Visited in February. Situated amidst nature. Real feel of home staying. Excellent homely food and behaviour. Good arrangements of sight seeing.
The Sefali Home Stay as itself is really nice. The behaviour of the staff and the owner is fantastic.
Food is homely and delicious. The overall expense is reasonable.
In my point of view better maintenance and expansion of the garden
could make the place more better than what it is now.
